The Delaware Community Foundation has awarded $289,975 in grants to 21 nonprofits throughout the First State.
The grants will be used to continue ongoing capital projects of various nonprofit organizations. The Delaware Community Foundation oversees charitable funds for individuals, families, businesses and organizations, and allocates income from the funds as grants to various entities across the state.

Nonprofit impact investing firm, Acumen, has invested $1.2 million to KZ Noir, a Rwanda-based coffee processing company owned by Kaizen Venture Partners. The investment will equip KZ Noir the funds for working capital, debt refinancing, and capacity expansion.
